4. Description of the Service

SportsballPro is an entertainment platform that lets users create and manage private sports pools—including NCAA Tournament "pod pools" and golf tournament pools—with friends and invited participants. Features include:

• Creating pools with configurable rules, tiers, and scoring methods
• Inviting participants via email or shareable links
• Automatic team/golfer assignment or manual selection
• Live scoring integration (e.g. NCAA tournament data via ESPN)
• Leaderboards and reward tracking
• In-pool messaging between members

5. Virtual Currency ("Coins")

The Service uses a virtual unit called "coins" to track entry costs, rewards, and pool standings. Coins are not real currency and hold no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services, and they do not represent any form of stored value. Coin balances shown in the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

SportsballPro does not process, collect, or hold any monetary payments. Any real-world financial arrangements between participants occur entirely outside of the Service and are the sole responsibility of the participants involved.

6. Not Gambling; User Responsibility

SportsballPro is designed for entertainment and social competition among friends and private groups. The Service is not a licensed gambling platform and does not facilitate wagering. All pool activity uses the non-monetary virtual coin system described in section 5. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in any pool complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Create accounts with false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent
• Use the Service to operate a commercial or public gambling operation

8. Third-Party Data & Services

The Service may display sports data sourced from third parties (e.g. ESPN). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Scoring and results derived from such data are provided on an "as-is" basis.
